- How do I cancel my subscription?
- The process depends on your point of purchase. If you subscribed through the Pimsleur website, you can easily cancel any time by logging in to your account at accounts.pimsleur.com or contacting us at (800) 831-5497 during normal business hours. If you subscribed through an Apple or Google Play in-app purchase, please follow their instructions. More info
- How do I change my password?
- To reset your password, click the Forgot Password link on the sign-in screen. Enter the email address you used to create the account and we will email you a reset link. Note: if you used Sign in with Google, Facebook, or Apple to subscribe, your password is the one you use for those services. As such, you will not receive a password reset email because those passwords cannot be reset.
- Can I add family members to my account?
Yes, you can share a Premium course with up to three family members. There are two ways to add a user. The first is through the app. Tap the Menu (☰), then under Settings, select Users to see a list of users and add a new one. On the web, click Launch My Course and log in. At the top right of the home page, you'll see "Hi,"" and your first name. Click on that and select User Management to add a new user. More info
- Can I purchase instead of subscribe?
- Yes, all Pimsleur courses are available as a lifetime purchase from Pimsleur.com. To purchase, choose the language you want to learn. Then click on the link labeled See All Pimsleur Products, and select the course you wish to purchase.
- How do I use Pimsleur on my computer?
- The Pimsleur web-based app allows you to use your course and all its features on any desktop or laptop using your favorite browser. We recommend using the latest version of Chrome, Firefox, or Safari. To get started, log in with your account credentials at https://learn.pimsleur.com or by clicking "Launch My Course" at the top of any page on Pimsleur.com
- How can I change the payment method for my subscription?
- You can update your credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover) or switch between credit card and PayPal. Log into your subscription account on our website at accounts.pimsleur.com, then select Payment Settings.
- How can I switch languages?
- Audio-Only or Premium subscriptions are valid for access to a single language. If you wish to switch languages, you'll first need to cancel your current subscription, and subscribe to the new language. You can also have two active subscriptions at the same time. Alternatively, our All- Access subscription gives you unlimited access to 51 languages. You can switch between language at any time.
